Hailey

Hailey was my third foster dog. She is a character. She's one of those in-your-face pet-me-now dogs. She's fairly dominant, too. She is so good natured about it that few dogs resent her.

I kept her the longest. She tested positive for heartworm. Her treatment lasted until January. I had company over Christmas. My parents brought their dog. At times it was a real circus.

A woman who works at the Josey Ranch pet hospital adopted her. Hailey was a Valentine's Day gift to her husband.
